Based on the overall ten-year Strategy, a more detailed Action Plan was prepared for the period 2004-06 and was approved by the Holyhead Forward Board.
It summarized key projects and actions that were proposed for this period and identified the organization(s) responsible for their delivery. The Action Plan is a working document and its progress is monitored every six months by the Board.

An updated version of the Holyhead Forward Strategy is in preparation, which will link into the new EU Convergence Funding programme 2007-2013.
